Cork nursing home is recruiting the  following position to work as part of their team
1. Director of Nursing
Requirements;
• A qualified RGN with at least 3 years of experience in the care of the older person.
• Not less than 3 years of experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area.
• Current registration with NMBI.
• A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
• Post registration qualification in dementia care and gerontology, highly desirable.
• Detailed knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.

2. Registered Nurse
Requirements:
• Must be ABA/NMBI registration,
• Minimum 6 months post graduate elderly care experience is preferable,
• Strong clinical & communication skills are required,
• Must practice a person-centered approach in patient care,
• Ability to work as part of a team & independently,
• Knowledge of HIQA Regulations and standards is essential,
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

3. Health Care Assistants
• Requirement: – Enrolled in or completed QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
• 1st and 2nd-year student nurses are eligible to apply.
• Must be of professional, caring, and empathetic nature.
• Good standard of verbal and written English.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.
